I am about to pull the trigger on a 3570K and I am not sure if I should buy a new graphics card or wait. I currently have a 260 GTX and I think it'll end up bottlenecking my rig. It sounds like the 700 series cards are going to be released soon. I am looking to buy within the next two weeks. Should I buy now or wait?

I am looking at the 650 Ti Boost. Do you guys think I'll see a significant increase in performance over my 260 GTX?

A gfx card won't "bottle neck" a CPU. It's the other way around. Your GTX 260 will run at its full capacity and the i5 will not have to work hard to keep up.
If you game at resolutions above 1440x900, you will probably want a better card to get the most out of the modern games (and your i5). The 650ti Boost will be a great card to game at 1980x1080 or less. You should get smooth game play at max/near max settings in today's games. The 700 series will be a bit of an improvement on the 600 series cards, but they will come with a higher price tag too.

Here is a hierarchy chart to compare where your 260 is in relation to the Boost.

A GTX 260 is the equivalent of a GTS 450. The 650 Ti Boost is going to be about 60% faster and offer DirectX 11 capability. With your new CPU, you can run whatever you want. I recommend the GTX 660 for under $200 with a free copy of Metro Last Light.
