Just got a Sapphire HD 7950 Vapor-X and have been playing Prototype 2, and got about an hour in and it's lagging up. I'm a bit of a noob with adjusting game settings, but this is a brand new card that should play it hassle free... right?
I have a gigabyte 970a-d3 with an amd FX-6100 and 8GB of G.Skill RAM.
Could this be slowing the game down. I know some games are very CPU intensive, where the 6100 could bring perfomance down.
