hi everyone,
as the topic says i got problem with my cpu temperature, as i run battlefield3 or some games with good graphic, it gets laggy and my cpu temp at the moment is 255 by the core temperature software(and some other programs such as amd overdrive).
with my stock fan on cpu it's no problem with the heat just the sound and loud noise for spining 6000rpm of the fan!!!! (that's the reason i got the new cooler Buffalo100)
some ppl suggest to lower the voltage of cpu, but i dont know how to do it and not sure if it's safe!
here's the pic for cpu temperature chart
http://www.rodfile.com/n69ed13b3p7p
plz help

you'r CPU temp cannot be 255c, it would melt/fry instantly.

did you use thermal paste when you put the cooler on..?

I recommend you download something like HWmonitor ( http://hwmonitor.en.softonic.com/ )
and check ur temperatures there.

yes, i did put paste, and btw did u look at the picture for temperature chart with occt? i know it can not be 255 cuz it melts as u said, but in that temp it gets laggy, the performance decreases!
