Help Me Choose My Motherboard for my new build

I'm building a new system

i5 - 3570k (LGA 1155)
GTX 660

I'm going to overclock the CPU to 4.3-4.5GHz
what motherboard should I go for

ASUS Maximus V Gene
or
MSI Z77A-GD56 Gaming
??

and why?

I think you typo'd. Either you meant the GD45 Gaming or the GD65. But my vote goes to the MSI Z77A-GD65 gets my vote out of the two. It's a great motherboard. If not, the Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD3H is better than the the GD45.

The Asus one just isn't worth its price.

yes it's the 65... well @ksham I read that I get less voltages on higher clocks on the asus?
