What budget graphics card should i put on my computer?

If i get like another 2 gb. of ram slot will this help or no?

for like 20 dollars more u could just upgrade to 8g of ram instead of putting in 2 1g ram sticks and would help u out in newer games. i would really consider upgrading your cpu to at least a phenom ii x4 for like 90-100 bucks. for like 300 bucks u could be playing 2013 games. up to you though.

I dont want to play on high settings with 1080p res, i want to play with low-medium settings with 800x or 1024x because my monior is bad already..

your cpu is quite outdated given by today standards. if you don't want to overhaul your machine soon then maybe you can look something like GTX650/7750.
