No, it is plagued by the same frame latency and game compatibility issues that affect all Crossfire setups. You MUST read reviews that use FCAT testing before spending $1000 on a 7990. On top of that, it apparently has a very loud and annoying coil whine noise that was noted in several reviews.

No. As above, right now Crossfire doesn't actually work, atleast according to the reviews. Framerate is doubled, but perceivable framerate is unchanged.

If you want an over the top card buy a Titan, its not as fast but will work 100% of the time.

I have a gtx 690 and im not pleased at all, tho they are going to send me a new one, as the one i have has potential malfuncioning hardware, if not and the card actualy sucks this bad im going to look for amd for my next gpu .

Will crossfire be fixed soon?
