Is the Corsair 350D Micro ATX case out yet?

I've seen some sites with the Corsair 350D mATX case but nowhere actually has it in stock.

Is it just sold out or have they not been released yet?

Actually I just found it on NCIX and it allows me to actually place the order.

Does NCIX already have them or are all websites for preorder only?
