After playing games more than 3 hours it crashes?

When I bought my new graphic card "ZOTAC NVIDIA GeForce GT 630 Synergy Edition 4 GB DDR3 Graphics Card" I was able to play games on ultra like sleeping dogs. On the other day i started the game again, tried to play on ultra or high settings it lags very much.WHY?
Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well the 630 is pretty old card try looking up if you can overclock it ,that might not even be enough. Or if you have some extra cash I recommend a gtx 650 or a 660ti those gpu's can run sleeping dogs on ultra high I checked some online forums and people said those gpus can run sleeping dogs and im sure if overclocked they can run some other fairly new games on ultra high to.
