Geforce 210 and Intel HD 3000

Hi guys I am bharath and I live in india My problem here is my cousin's rig. He has an I5 2500k, 8gb ram ,intel dh67 and is sadly stuck with a geforce 210 stock.An i5 2500k processor has its own integrated graphics the HD 3000 and he has a geforce 210 in his rig.My questions are

Is the Intel hd 3000 better than the geforce 210 in stock?
Can I use both of them at one time ( sli HD 3000 and geforce 210)?
Can I OC HD 3000 or Geforce 210 ?

Actually yes, Intel's integrated chip is better than the Geforce 210
You cannot use both at the same time, nor can they be crossfired or SLIed
They cannot be OCed
