Hello guys.

Asus P9X79 Pro
i7 3930K
Kingston DDR3 4x8 Gb

On POST - CPU Fan Error! Press F1 To Enter Bios Setup
I press F1. The screen turns black (not off).
So I can't enter BIOS Setup.

Occasionally PC booted several times into Windows 7. Maybe it passed Fan Error somehow. I don't know it happened.
But then the same screen on boot CPU Fan Error! Press F1.

I know I can get rid of fan error in bios (set warninf off), but again I cannot enter BIOS Setup.

It was an issue during CPU instalation. Accidentally I dropped CPU down into the soket. OMG! One pin has been bent. I fixed it with a needle as good as I was able to. It almost set in its original position with tiny inaccuracy.
Im looking for proposals for sloving my problem not accentuating on bent pin. It's not big deal to buy a new mobo. I want to check all posible versions before it.

I found similar thread
http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/324528-30-p9x79-deluxe-vga_led-video-post
But I didn't find solution for myself.

What I did:

I updated BIOS with flashback. Now it's 4005 (latest version according to asus site)

----
Then I tested sound codes:

Only CPU+Cooler Left - 1 long 2 short beeps (No memory detected)

Added 1 memory stick - 1 long 3 short (No VGA detected) + 1 long 4 short (Hardware component failure)

Inserted Video card - 1 long 4 short (Hardware component failure)

Connected System SSD Disc - 1 long 4 short.
---

About LEDs:
On boot cpu_led and dram_led blinking and then turn off.
But vga_led and boot_device_led stay on.
Q-Code: A2 (IDE Detect)

I remind you the system has booted several times (some magic way). BEfore updating BIOS and after updating.

----
I'm looking for your expert help!

there's a progress!
i connected my old cooler to the motherboard and it booted into windows! This way I passed CPU Fan Error.

Now i'm checking stability. It seems to work well.
So this is the problem of video mode in BIOS. Because during boot i dont see any message.
