I Have A 400W PSU With +12v1 10A +12v2 14A
And I Was Wondering If I Could Run It I Have a:
MotherBoard:ECS 945-GCTM2 It Has a pci-e2.0 slot
Ram:2x 1Gb DDR2
CPU:Intel Pentium Dual Core E2160 1.8Ghz
And I Play a bit of games, not much so yeah.
The GPU doesn't require any PCIe power connectors. To answer your question, yes; you can run it. Not sure how much it'll help your gaming though. The entire build is very weak. Almost better to invest money to get a stronger system instead.
That makes sense. You confused me for a second. Anyway, the PSU should have a footnote that says what the total amps for both +12V rails. Find that value. The amps of the two +12V rails are not additive.
My camera is not working so just this link with the first picture is the one but the text is in my language(estonian)so dont bother reading it:
