Remove ram from SABERTOOTH 990FX

I am trying to remove the ram from my Sabertooth 990FX motherboard. There is only one clip holding the ram. I lowered it, but the ram is stuck on the other side. Is there a trick to removing it? Or, do I just pull it out harder?

Make sure both memory clips/levers are down fully and it should just come right out. You shouldn't need to use much force to pull out a stick of RAM.
