GTA IV is an intense game for the specs am i right?
and most people cannot afford to buy a computer that can run it?
well these here are my specs and i run it with 25-30fps
1.1GHz intel celeron 847 Dual-core (But some reason says 8 Cores when i go onto system info((Says "Dual-core(8-core)" )) )
6GB ram
Intel HD graphics
before when i ask if i can play these i would get things like No, it'll be a slideshow, intel graphics suck, wont even start, not even on lowest settings etc.
but when it came i started it up and it lagged, so straight onto graphics i go and lower everything to lowest view distance to 14 and everything else on low. and it still lagged(5-10fps) so i had updated to the new 1.0.7.0 i found online, also i used command line and contig. i also noticed when i installed a mod it would have lag spikes at the beginning in the safe house until i went outside. but then it stopped so im very happy with that

my point is i dont see the fuss with intel hd graphics? i mean it is rubbish but atleast it can run games when you tweak em? xD but there is probably no point
