Is it possible to make a ps/2 adapter?

Is it possible to make a PS/2 adapter out of a old PS/2 port from a HP Pavilion a225c motherboard

if you have a ps2 female connector and a usb male connector then technically yes.

you can get an adapter for a few dollars though so it is pointless unless you just want to test your knowledge.
