XFX 7970 BLACK EDITION fit in a mid tower COOLER MASTER elite 335

Below is a photo of my current video card which i plan to change when my 7970 arrives. would the new card fit in this computer? will there be no complications with my motherboard via videocard?

Would the new ram be compatible with the new card/oldmotherboard i have?
not that it matters but for my future reference, would you have suggested that i should have got another 2v2gb the same as what i have right now instead of buying 2v4gb new rams?

You might have to move some wires and the HDD (cant tell exactly where it is), the new card is a bit longer than the motherboard width (about 3/4" longer) but it should fit.

thanks. i hope all goes well. im currently waiting for the parts to arrive. hopefully its not a faulty card. im glad i stumbled into tomshardware.
