Can HD6670 run on 400W pSU

hi...
I am thinking to buy a HD6670 for my rig..ibut i have a question ..i.e.
my psu is "Mora 400W"..
..as from many sites i have seen that hd 6670 require at minimum a 400W power supply...so cant it run hd 6670 with out any danger...

Not sure. Can you post a link of your power supply with its specifications? I can't seem to find "Mora 400W".
