Will 200$ be enough to play crysis 3 on high settings?

I am looking to buy a new graphics card for my machine. I hope to spend under 200 dollars, but am willing to spend up to around it. First of all, will this budget be large enough to play games like crysis 3 on medium to high settings on a 23" 1080p monitor. Second of all, what would the best buy be for this price.

In my machine I also have a:
i7-3770 cpu
16 GB ddr3 ram
600 watt power supply

yes you can spend under 200 for a good graphics card. I spent 200 on my radeon HD 7850 1 GB and its working quite fine. You will definitely be able to play on high settings with the radeon HD 7850. Try to get the 2GB one tho.
