Asus VS247H-P Warranty

I was thinking about purchasing this monitor from Outletpc.com and while I was reading it, it said that the warranty was 1 year. I find it strange that for the same exact monitor it is 3 years on other websites. I was just wondering if this website is an authorized reseller?

Its in new condition. Anyone know if may be a typo/mistake?
Other monitors have 3 year warranty from Asus.
Im buying it here since it is also cheaper, no tax.
