Just a query, if a user has selected a foreign language (non-English) for his OS installation then would the drivers installed by the user (updates etc) also need to be in the same language as the OS installation?

For an example, there are options to choose the language for a driver update in Nvidia -
http://www.geforce.co.uk/drivers

What if the user installs an English language driver for their Arabic or German installed OS?

I've found that using foreign language software on my English PC, the dialogs are text labels in the program are usually not in English.

One occasion, I installed chinese usb drivers and the OK /Cancel dialog had chinese text labels....

So if a user installs drivers in a language option not of the OS installtion, what issues other than text labels would possibly be incurred?
