If your main purpose is gaming, then u should go for AMD FX 8350 processor. Its of course better than the Intel i5 because it has 8 cores while i5 has only 4(its half man!). Most games for now and in the future will require more than 4 cores(especially online games like BF3).

Spend a few bucks more and get Gtx 670 instead. It has more Cuba cores and higher frequency.

Use an Antec Kulher cooler instead of Deepcool. Its a better liquid cooler and cheaper too.

The rest is fine...

The ASRock 990FX anyday. Go for it blindly... Also do not go for a 700W power supply. It's a sheer waste of money and may also cause overheating. Instead go for Corsair VS550 550W psu( Corsair's psu are always better than Cooler Master's).
