So did tigerdirect lie? How powerful is this PSU and what can it run?

So I am trying to figure out what the max watts are on this as many people online had said that tigerdirect lied and what not.

Anyways any help would be appreciated as well as typical GPU that this could run!

The amperage adds up to 458w.
The listed wattages add up to 400.6w.
I have no idea why these don't match.

The rated input wattage is 920(!!) watts. This is only an efficiency of around 50%. That is absolutely horrible.

More likely the PSU manufacturer lied, not TD.
