Lets start with tour GPU, well It's bad.

Your running DX9

I don't know how much Ram you have either.

Further details would be required to even think about fixing your problems.

I think your computer is too old to consider an upgrade.

The cpu is not listed but the IDE hard drive is very old technology so I think you may have an old Pentium 4 .
You can confirm that by right clicking on your computer icon and selecting properties . Even if its a core2duo [ model after the pentium ]
its too old to spend more money on and you are better off saving for a complete system

OK thats a much better computer than I had thought , and definitely worth upgrading

You have a powerful enough processor to game well , and you have enough RAM

What you dont have is a gaming graphics card . The Radeon 6450 is a basic card for basic tasks .

You need to add a powerful gaming card . But before we can reccomend one its important to know the resolution of your monitor . You can spend anywhere between $150 and $500 +
You might also need to change the power supply since powerful graphics cards use more power than a processor and all the rest of the computer combined

i have a Tv screen for a monitor and its 720p

720p is not a tough resolution for a gaming computer so a card like the Radeon 7850 should play all games well .

This model has a cooler that pushes heat out of your case so its a good choice if you dont already have a case designed for great cooling

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814161424 $199
and has some free games .

You will need to check you have a power supply rated 450 watts or above . And that the model you has has either a spare 4 pin molex connector [ it will ] , or 2 spare pci-e power connectors
Details of your psu are probably on a label stick to it that you can see when you open the case .

If you need to replace it then this is a good enough unit

and it is modular which means a lot of the cables unplug and that can help with clutter in your case
