Need help finding a cheaper motherboard

Hello im currently gonna buy http://us.ncix.com/products/index.php?sku=71114 motherboard, im not exactly sure what im looking for but a friend picked this one for my computer, can i get the same quality board but for cheaper?

That is a good motherboard but depending on the rest of your build and what you will be using the computer for, it may be a waste of money.
