I would change the power supply and the cooler. The cooler can be upped to a Hyper 212 EVO, which should cool much better than the TX3 since it has a 120mm fan as opposed to a 92mm. The power supply can be replaced with a CX 600 which is on sale right now for about 39.50 with a MIR on Newegg.

Everything else seems to be quite balanced and well picked. The 6300 is a very good processor for gaming.
