good gaming pc around $1000

I am new to all this in the gaming pc and all but i really want a give it a try I would like it to be rather quiet instead of sounding like a vacuum is on constantly Im wanting pretty good graphics I already have a monitor and a keyboard and a good mouse but other than that i have nothing so if anyone could offer any help its ok to go over 1000 but not anything over 1100
