Looking for a better heatsink than hyper 212 evo for a little more?

I'm planning on building a new rig based on the new Intel Haswell i5 4570K and plan on overclocking it to at least 4.7GHz. I search around the web and found the hyper 212 evo is constantly recommended, but i saw reviews of it and i think i want a bit more cooling. So can any of you give me a recommendation of a better cooler for a little more than the evo?

It's hard to recommend you a cooler when the part you are trying to cool isn't even out yet. You are better off waiting till it's released and see how they overclock and what kinda thermals to expect.

Ok i understand that, but let's say it's similar to the 3570K. What would you recommend?

Well for my piece of mind to keep temps at a comfortable level, 4.7 ghz for a 3570k is water cooling territory in my opinion. Be it custom water cooling (recommended) or some sort of higher tier all in one water cooler. As far as Haswell we shall see if they decided to go back to solder verses the thermal paste that was used on the Ivy Bridge between the IHS and chip, like I said just going to have to wait and see when it's released.
