Hi all im gonna be getting a new PC for gaming, I wanna be able to run ARMA 3 at ultra at about 50-60 FPS is this spec any good?

1 x 24x DVD-RW Optical Drive
Intel Core i5 3570K 4-Core Ivy Bridge CPU @ 4.4GHz
1 x 1TB (1000GB) Sata III Hard Drive
1 Year Gold Warranty
Corsair Gamer Series GS800 80+ 800W PSU
Zalman CNPS11X Performa CPU Cooler
1 x Razer Goliathus Omega Control - Soft Mouse Mat
1 x Gigabyte M6900 Wired Optical Gaming Mouse
1 x Gigabyte Force K3 Wired Gaming Keyboard
8GB Corsair Vengeance 1866MHz Gaming RAM
Gigabyte GA-Z77X-D3H Motherboard
Nvidia GeForce GTX 690 4GB Graphics Card
1 x BullGuard Internet Security (x1 Licence)
Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit
Vibox Predator Green Gaming Case
1 x 300MBs Wireless PCI Card WiFi Network Adaptor

I cant afford a blu ray drive ( i dont think its needed anyway)

I will be doing some video edited (gameplay footage so fraps will be running sometimes while playing games)

is this spec good? should i stay with the i5 3570k at 4.4ghz or the I7 3770 at 3.4ghz

An I7 isn't going to do much for you when it comes to gaming so save the money stay with the I5. I'd stick with 1333 or 1600MHz RAM, unless the 1866 is only a few dollars more it won't do anything for you. Don't buy a 690, they have the new 770's and 780's coming out any day now, two 780's should beat that 690 and a single one should cost a little less than half as much. Since your spending so much already, spend $50 more and get a gold rated PSU right away. I usually also tell people running 2 way crossfire or SLI to go for 750w, then you'll never have to worry about power.
