MOBO Suggestions for proposed build

This system will be used for programming, Linux Mint OS, large projects will be compiled using Eclipse, small stuff command line, gcc. Dual monitors, one portrait. No gaming, will be overclocking after MOBO and CPU warranty expires.

This is my first system build and I am just not sure what board to go with.

Linux doesn't have the best support for the APUs, you may want to look in to that first before you commit.
