New to overclocking need help!

hey guys i have been playing around with overclocking my CPU and GPU this is what i have done

GPU: 2xAMD Radeon HD 7900 Series OC at 1200 MHz
Motherboard: Gigabyte G1-sniper 3
RAM: corsair Dominator CMP16GX3M4x18866C9 16G
Hard Drive: 512 GB OCZ-VERT EX4 SCSI Disk Device
CPU: i7 3770k OC at 4.2MHz and 1.25v
CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-d14

I ran a few test and it runs smooth, here is a 3D mark test result http://www.3dmark.com/fs/477902

CPU temp under load got to 75

To OC my CPU i followed this Vid, only thing i did diffrent was that i didn't have a 2nd profile made for XMP so i used profile 1 (was already there)

X79 are you trying to say i did it wrong or you just posting a guide ...... i just wanted to know if i am doing the right thing
