I5 Gaming Pc Build Graphics card and PSU help

Hi, i am building a gaming pc. So far i have decided on this so far

Im unsure what graphics card and what PSU i should get.
I plan to play games such as black ops in high quality for as little as possible as budget is tight.

graphics card budget is between $150 and $200 give or take a bit. Im willing to spend more id just rather not spend unnecessary money for little or no improvements. Thanks

I do not have a concrete budget. I have picked the processor and motherboard because i can get a deal from a friend and those two combined will only cost $200. Im just not sure what other components would be the best choice for me.

PSU Choose sesonic g series 550w 80+bronze or get 500w PSU. Don't need much power for this rig.

I'd get 2x4 GB of ram rather than 1x8 GB since this is a quad-channel board, you'l see better performance

Yups u r right . Choose 2 rams of 4gigs than 1 of 8 gigs. It will be much better but he have to spend only few dollars more.
I was also going to say that.

Does quad channel mean that there are 4 ram slots? i selected the single 8gb chip because i wanted to upgrade in the future but i was unsure how many slots there were available

from what i know, the extreme4 m doesnt come with a combo. even if it does i wouldnt get it.

there are higher quality ram sticks for cheaper

get yourself a gtx 660. the boost edition is a joke

get yourself a xfx 550w. coolermaster psus are also a joke

probably a srupid question but does it matter that the graphics card says its gddr5 and the MB and ram is ddr3?

G means 1gb, 2gb etc..
DDR5 means ram DDR5 not rams DDR3.
It means they have 1,2,3,4, ....... gb DDR5 rams.

so in your logic, a z77 board is also quad channel because it has 4 dimms? seems legit
