Best PSU on the market in the UK right now?

Dear members of this lovely community,

I had recently purchased a corsair cx750 watt. After about 15 days, it started making this electricity sound. So I brought it back and got a refund. Now I'm looking for another PSU and in order to prevent me from buying the wrong PSU, I have decided to ask the members of Toms Hardware for some help. My specifications are:


CPU: AMD FX(tm)-4100 Quad-Core Processor
CPU Speed: 3.6 GHz
RAM: You Have: 8.2 GB
OS: Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate Edition (build 7600), 64-bit
Video Card: AMD Radeon HD 6450
Motherboard: Asus M5A78L-M LX V2 Motherboard

I recommend that you overprovision in PSUs, because they run more efficiently and you have built in room for expansion. So I recommend a 400 W + PSU from Seasonic, Corsair, Antec, PC Power & Cooling or OCZ. Any of these brands will do.
