Radeon hd 5670, I'm at wits end with it!

I've uninstalled the drivers and reinstalled the drivers and it just keeps randomly crashing when I am playing games.

Here are my system specs:

Mainboard: M5A78L-M LX
RAM: 8GB
CPU: AMD ATHLON II X4 645
GRAPHICS: AMD RADEON HD 5670 1G, GDD5
PSU: 650W

Any ideas what might be causing these crashes?

It could be heat you should check to see if there is overheating inside your case. If you overclock then you should try setting it back to stock speeds because when I was still new to overclocking I just overclocked everything without any knowledge and degraded my graphics card. It's max core clock Mhz speeds went from 900 to 890 in about 2 months.
