Transfer SSD to new laptop issues.

I just bought a toshiba laptop. It had windows 8 pre-installed on the HHD. I took out the HDD and replaced it with my SSD with an identical windows 8 (64bit) operating system. Now it keeps giving me the error "no bootable device" and it doesn't begin booting, any help?

Which tool did you use for cloning?

Did you remember to go into the motherboard BIOS and select the new ssd as the primary boot drive?

While still in the system BIOS did you also check to see if ACHI mode is enabled?
