Abit KD7A VIA KT400 bios update

Hi. I have abit KD7A motherboard and my bios is too old to run athlon 2800+ processor (Its only support 2400+ proc.). Any idea how to update bios or find a recent bios file?

Or if there is a way to update my old mobo let me know..

Or do you think my problem is in bios? I totaly think it is cause I just tried a "new" (OLD) processor athlon 2600+ (at the moment I have 2400+) and my computer kept on crashing.. (giving that lovely blue screen)..
