Excel header format

Header and footer is properly formatted but when it in my pc, formats are lost. is it something to do with the settings of my excel? please help..

Is the version of Office the same on both parts? (Eg. If the file is created with Office 2010, it could have a different format if viewed in 2007).

Yes it is the same version 2007. When I try to open the file in other pc, the formats are fine.
