will this cpu stay cool with this heatsink?

That should cool it just fine. Don't go crazy with the voltages, but otherwise you should be good.

I might suggest you use a Coolermaster Hyper 212 Evo.


I run my cpu at 4.1 ghz with the cooler master and it stays a steady temp

However case airflow is a major point here. You have to have good cable management and good airflow to keep at 4.0ghz all the time
