Mobo - 990 FXA-gd65 ms-7640
AMD FX-8350 - clocked at 4.2
4 gb 1600
SSD 128 samsung

I was using a 560 ti and I was getting the same frames on BF3

But with 3d Mark on Performance - with the 560ti - the score 5082
with the 680 monster - 9496

On Extreme - 1688
3576 with the 680

But BF3 70 frames?

That cant be right. I have the amd fx 6100 overclocked to 4.2ghz and a EVGA GTX 670 FTW and i get an avg of 65 to 70 fps. it doesn't go below 60 and usually goes past 90. Why dont you OC the 8350 and see if fps gets better. You can OC it to 5ghz. And my score on 3dmark was 7880

I do not have a water cooled system - I have it over clocked to 4.2 and I run everything on low and can get 65 constant frames no problem but I did the same with a 560ti so I am about to return this and keep my 500 dollars.

My 3dmark on mid gave me a 9496 4000 points better than the 560ti
On extreme 3576 2500 better than the 560ti

My PSU is 660 constant

something is not right then. It might just be a bad card. Return the card and get a new one. Also did you ever OC your old GPU card? If you did it through bios then you have to reset all those settings cause of the new card. Its defiantly the card cause even on low settings you should get a super high fps increase. 3dmar test cpu and gpu. Try to use heaven on extream. That will push the card and will test it properly. Try both cards on heaven.
