Hey guys, so I've finished compiling my rig and was just looking for some helpful hints or different things to look for and such from you guys. The things I worry about the most are the cooler (because I have no idea what's good, I've only done my research and found that the 212 EVO was best for the 3570K), the motherboard (because I heard that the Gigabyte Z77X was overrated), and the Video Card, simply because they're always changing and what I think is good doesn't perform well upon further evaluation. So if you all can help me out, it would be very much appreciated. Thanks!

If you buy the CPU at Microcenter you should get the Motherboard there as well due to there bundle pricing.
This motherboard would be $94.99 at Microcenter.
http://www.microcenter.com/single_product_results.phtml?product_id=0387554
This is a better power supply for $69.99
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817207013
This is a better Video Card for $169.99 after rebate and you still are saving off the total build.

This is good mobo too and cheaper than extreme 4.

This is good enough for air cooling and overclocking. 3570 & 3770k will go over 4.7GHz with this. With a good cooler.
This is even better PSU than XFX

And this is maybe the best PSU in market.

You do not need more than 450w in that build. 550w is enough for SLI or CF
New GTX 780 takes only 220w when you are gaming.
This is tested with 3770k ,16GB,GTX 780 ram and so on. 220w whole build. (one GTX 780)
So SLI 780 needs only 450w or under that but better take 550w for SLI. If plan is use only one card then 450w is more than you will ever need.

I do not see any good part in your build. Case is cheap so it is maybe good buy. Any other part is not a good.
CPU is overpriced. As you can get 3570k 169 $ price so why anyone wants to buy 3470? You can not overclock that.
3470 intel Core i5-3470 3.2GHz Quad-Core Processor $185.99
3570k $169.99 http://pcpartpicker.com/part/intel-cpu-bx80637i53570k

Is this you big troll or what?

What CPU cooler you suggest for your build? If OP wants silent rig?
If I was buying this build. I would not want any part you from your recommendations. How come you can be a moderator with builds like that? How come video card makes any one want build not overclock able pc?
Ah maybe moderator is playing with apple or samsung tab? Have fun

Why want bad 550w Bronze PSU? better to buy good GOLD or PLATINUM PSU IMO
Much better efficiency. Longer warranty. You do not lose power over bad efficiency. Much better parts.
That XFX is made really cheap seasonic parts. Have you ever herd or read PSU tests?
Why you want OP to buy not so good parts? It seems to me that you just want to degrade the build. Why?

-assuming you can go to microcenter, then the CPU is 169-189. otherwise your comment is mute
-did the OP explicitly ask for a silent rig?
-of course you can buy a more efficient psu. just double the price and you are good to go :D. just because your psu is more efficient doesnt mean its better.
-go find me a poorly built seasonic psu.

That information should be sent straight to the NVIDIA enginers you have discovered the true power requirements of the GTX 780

In his special builds a GTX 780 with complete system=220 watt x2=440 so he has a 110 watt overhead.
