ASUS G41 or Gigabyte G41 Combo is better???

HI guys recently my motherboard got blasted by lightning!
I was lucky that my CPU and RAM saved from that!
Now I'm planing to buy a new motherboard

TELL ME GUYS WHICH IS BETTER??GIGABYTE's COMBO OR ASUS???
I can also try on ASROCK! But cant sure!!

Your help needed!!! pls help!!!

4GB knigton 1333mhz
450W power supply

According to me Asus is much better than gigabyte. LGA 775 chipset mobos of Asus has much better performance and stability.
Defiantly go with Asus. You can pick any Mobo of Asus.
