Graphics card going wonky?

I own a Palit GTX 560 Ti Sonic and it's about a bit more than half a year old now.
Strangely for some reason after I play some games on my computer for quite a long time (2-3 hours) the brightness goes up by its own. Is it going to die?

Does this happened on every games?
Have you checked the temps?

Not really every game....at first it only happens after I play Battlefield 3, but now it seems that it happens after I play games like Need For Speed Hot Pursuit.
I'm pretty sure temps do not go over 60°C.
