What fan controller do i go for guys?

okay so heres my story ;D

i have a gaming rig, its about a year old and its cool
i have a 560 in there and i5 3570k with stock cooler
i have 5 case fans with the haf 932
and also the power supply fan but that doesnt do much really :L

i watch a hell of a lot of netflix but the problem im having is that my computer is so loud even when idling or doing simple processes such as searching the web or like i said watching netflix whether it be hd or standard.

i want to find a touchscreen lcd fan controller so i control the fan speeds between normal speeds (12v) and lower speeds so it can be silent but still direct air to important places in the computer. i would prefer to have a fan controller that will have a built in preset functionality so i can just select normal or netflix as two main presets to be loud or quiet fans. when im gaming the computer is fine but when watching movies to go to sleep with is so ******* loud xD

my budget is around £100 and i would prefer to buy my components off overclockers.co.uk
or scan.co.uk

How about a NZXT LX, NZXT LXE, or NZXT Sentry 2. All of those are touchscreen, so it is basically your preference.
