Looks nice, would advise waiting for 2 weeks if you are not in a rush. Intel should be releasing their new Haswell chips very soon so the existing generation I'd imagine will drop in price. The same should happen to motherboards.

Noctua Nh-D14 over CM H212 since you have a white NZXT case :)

Should i wait for the new haswell and the motherboard, or i just stick around with ivy bridge and lga1155?

Depends on your needs and budget. The Haswell is predicted to have a higher performance of 10%-12% vs the i7 3770k. It will only be worth it if you are overclocking and water cooling it for its maximum performance and that is if you even need it. I would think it will drop a little but nothing marginal.
