building my first computer please help

i am looking to build a new computer i dont have much money budget is way low but i can go up to 1000- preferably lower i want a good cpu with wifi to play and stream sc2 max or high graphics for mabye next 1-3 years? this is what i have so far (also i dont know if the components listed will work together so telling me that would defanatly help)

anything you can help to give me budget cuts would be great i would like to start with things that would just be able to play sc2 and stream it on good high or max graphics. also i would like to have both a motherboard and shelll able for me to expand the computer once i have a better budget PLEASE HELP D:

right also i want to buy from new egg so choosing things they have in stock would be good but i am open to others
