Hi, this is my first build, need help to choose a case, this is my parts list

CPU Intel Core i5-3570K 3.4GHz Quad-Core $209.99
CPU Cooler Xigmatek GAIA SD1283 56.3 CFM $19.99
Motherboard ASRock Z77 Extreme3 ATX LGA1155 $124.98
Memory G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 $72.99
Storage Samsung 840 Series 120GB 2.5" SSD $89.99
Video Card Sapphire Radeon HD 7770 GHz Edition 1GB $99.99
Power Supply Corsair 500W ATX12V $49.99
Optical Drive Asus DRW-24B1ST/BLK/B/AS DVD/CD Writer $17.99

thinking of something around $50-65
if possible usb 3.0 on front panel, ive been looking into theses

Antec Three Hundred Black Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case
Corsair Carbide Series 200R
Apevia X-dreamer4
NZXT Tempest 210
NZXT Crafted Series Tempest 410
Rosewill CHALLENGER-U3

I dont plan on overclocking right now, wanna test the system first and see...

What about the cooling for my build, the intel cpu fan and standard fan(s) of the case are enough if I dont oc? Am I gonna need more fans or a different cpu cooler if i decide to overclock cpu to 4.0 or 4.2?

Being silent is very important, the more "flat"looking the better,

What would be your suggestion then if I increase the budget a bit? I don't like door covering the drivers like azza...

A front door helps quieting a case and most have one, but just like you, I prefer a quiet case without it. Using quiet components also helps a lot.

Those cases are within your budget:
- Corsair Carbide Series 200R: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811139018
- Antec GX700: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=1N8-001K-00002&ParentOnly=1&IsVirtualParent=1

Above cases have been reviewed: http://www.anandtech.com/show/6807/bitfenix-raider-case-review-all-these-little-things/5

On your list, the Rosewill Callenger provides very good price/performance, but you should read reviews on cases you're interested in before deciding on which one you prefer.

I have several cases (Antec Solo and Sonata III) as well as an Antec Three Hundred Two. I blocked off the side fan openings on the Three Hundred Two, but I wouldn't consider it as a quiet case. On the other hand, it provides good cooling.
