650TI Boost PSU

Hi all I've built a PC up but am currently having problems after all the testing I can only think its my PSU not being good enough, The problem Im having is when I boot the PC it gets stuck on the motherboards logo for 2mins before it will boot up I've tried to disable the logo to see the post message but it skips straight past.

I'll list my specs below in hope someone can shed some light and tell me if I need a better PSU

MB: Gigabyte GA-B75M-D3P
CPU: Intel i5 3570k
RAM: 8gb Corsair Vengance
GFX: Nvidia GeForce 650Ti Boost
PSU: Corsair cx500m 500watt

Things I've tried
GFX in another PC-Worked Fine
Old GFX in current PC - Worked Fine
Disabled Onboard GFX
Selected PCI-E as GFX to use
Reset BIOS
Removed old Drivers (Not sure if that would help as problem is pre-post)

Thanks in advance for any replies

More about 650ti boost psu
  1. What is the model of your old GFX? Do you have a onboard VGA, try it to see if your system boots up. Your current PSU is powerful enough to run all your components, if it's not faulty. Try a PSU test with shorting GREEN WIRE with any BLACK WIRE with a piece of metal wire, if the fan spins then it is almost in a perfect shape.
  2. That PSU can boot that setup no problem.
