If not would it be worth me going for http://www.amazon.co.uk/500-WATT-ATX-POWER-SUPPLY/dp/7135799313/ref=sr_1_3?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1369569671&sr=1-3&keywords=450w+psu

The HD 7750 can run fine on a 300w PSU. The HD 7770 uses a bit more power I generally do not recommend running on anything less than a 350w PSU. It uses about 40w more power than the HD 7750, and while it might run okay on a 300w PSU, the harder you push your PSU the sooner it will likely die.

When a PSU dies it can potentially damage one or all of your components if you are unlucky because when it dies it can send a surge of electricity to your other components, thus frying them.

I wouldnt reccomend that PSU.

The cheapest, quality PSU I'd reccomend is the Anteq Basiq 430, which is about 45$. You won't regret the purchase though.

OCZ makes their own PSUs. The only certain PSU models in their PC Power & Cooling line up are manufactured by Seasonic. The only brand name who's entire PSU lineup is manufactured by Seasonic (other than Seasonic's own brand of course) is XFX.

While OCZ's PSUs are generally decent, they are not doing well financially speaking.
