Are OEM cards possible to acquire?

I already have an EVGA 660, but I was wondering if Nvidia actually has their OEM cards available anywhere. I won't be buying one, I'm just curious, as I've never seen them for sale on any site.

nvidia and AMD only make the GPU. Won't do you much good to get just that. It's like buying CPU without a motherboard.
