hii
1. if u can wait for haswell then wait for it & get a new tech & if u want to go with experienced parts like those then their prices will be down in few weeks when haswell comes.
2. if you can't wait for haswell for any reason then you don't need 750w PSU if u r not going to OCing, sli, crossfire, etc.go with 550-650w PSU. I personally suggest for 600w PSU. it will be best for ur rig.
3. other your every part is looking good. no need to change everything is balanced so no bottleneck.
it looks a solid build.
thank you.

Given the similarity in price you are fine going with the 3770k over the 2600k. I would almost just suggest going for the 3930k which is a 2011 chip. However this would increase your builds cost pretty substantially.

I'd advise against your SSD choice the non pro series of SSD's uses a TLC flash which doesn't cope well with a ton of writing to the drive where as the pro series uses MLC flash is a lot more durable over the length of the drives lifespan. Also, considering you could in theory write to the drive through your editing programs and then move them over to your storage drive would also point me to suggest the pro series 128 gigabyte 840 PRO.

I feel your ram choice is fine if you find that you are needing more ram based on the amount of memory being used then you you can always purchase more.

Motherboard wise you don't need to spend 200 dollars on a board unless you intend on doing more with it overclocking or the use of thunderbolt ports. You can go with a cheaper motherboard since most of the items a motherboard uses is CPU based few items are controlled by the quality of the board anymore at least with intel.
A suggestion perhaps.

Also you don't need a 750 watt power supply with that graphics card you are better off going with a substantially lower unit.

I would go with this one if you ever intend on going with a sli setup

and if you don't something smaller.

[/quotemsg]Thnx for your reply, I intend to overclock but not right away. The i3930K was my first choise but I'm already over my budget and therefore I had to step down to i3770K with Z77
Also thnx for the SSD advise, I'll check on the PRO, and for your advise on the PSU!

Thnx for your reply and the Haswell advise! I can wait for it to come out, and from what I understand it uses socket 1150 and I have to choose another MB but that´s no problem.
So when going Haswell and GTX 660 TI + OC, then the 750W is the way to go? And would it still be enough when I want to SLI the GTX660 TI?
And if I want to replace the GTX 660 TI for a GTX 690 (when it drops price) with Haswell, would the 750W PSU still be good enough?

No, you can go down on the power supply because of haswell. Haswell is build in the premise that its going to be more of a energy saver. So you can get a 650 watt or even a 550 watt if you only plan on sticking with one card and be just fine. You would be able to sli with a 650 watt power supply from xfx they would provide all the connections. Also, I wouldn't purchase a 690 if the sky was falling. I would get a gtx780 which is just below a Titan card currently. The 690 is just a underclocked 680 in sli and to have one chip one gpu working towards a task is far more stable than a sli solution and uses less power at that.

1. haswell is made for mostly saving power & some for better performance. so yo don't need a 750w PSU if u r going to oc, sli with gtx 660ti. for this all 650w PSU will be enough. you can do anything with 650w PSU.
2. if u r thinking buy gtx 690 then according to me there will no profit in gtx 690. because gtx 700 series's more GPUs will be launched like gtx 770, gtx 770ti. I personally suggest if u want to get performance in price of gtx 690 then buy gtx770 or gtx 770ti. they will have more performance than gtx 690 & they will use less power.
3. if you u buy 1 gtx 770 or gtx 780 then u will also don't need to upgrade ur PSU. with one gtx 770 GPU 650w PSU will be enough.
I hope it helps.
thank you.
