Is Seasonic S12II 620 a good PSU for my upgrade?

My specs:
Samsung syncmaster S22B370 21.5 inch monitor
i5-2320
8GB DDR3 Transcend
Intel DH67BL
AMD Radeon HD 6670 2GB DDR3
Corsair Neutron GTX 120GB
Seagate Barracuda 1TB
Windows 8 Pro 64Bit

I'm gonna upgrade my GPU.
The PSU i have right now [ZEB-450W(T-SATA-PLUS)] has just a little more than 15Amps.

Lets assume that i will upgrade to a GTX 670 (or equivalent) GPU.
Can this PSU (Seasonic S12II 620) handle it?
And how long will it last under such load?
Thanks in advance.

You'll be ok with any single video card upgrade with the seasonic. Only for sli setups will you need more wattage.

Is the Numeric Digital 600 EX UPS compatible with this PSU?
