PS4 and One based on x64/x86 means the truly end of consoles?

I mean, will it be easier to developers to make a game for one of these plataforms and bring it to pc?

Does this mean that consoles are truly "pc-control-mobile-thingys" that will be replaced soon by powerful x64/x86 based tablets and even smartphones?

Since recent news are telling us that Iris 5200 Pro is going to be similar to GT 640 which is pretty impressive.

An Iris 6200 Pro could beat, something like GTX 760 !?

So, why would you buy a console once you can buy an electronic which is basicly a screen, lasts 8 hours and play games better than a console?

At worst, these tablets or smartphones will atleast have connects for a controller and output to TV, but that's still a "console" in a way.
